Enabled the use of avro files for more dashboards. Avro files can be ten times smaller (as text-based formats) and achieve faster loading times in SimWrapper, which make them especially useful for larger scenarios.
Added a avro network representation instead of GeoJson, which loads much faster and works with large scenarios
