Refactor Computations #35

Currently, StreetAnalysisDataContainer consists of computations that are used afterwards. Since different people want to use different entries, there should be dedicated functionality for the customization of computations.

Sehr gerne :) Ich fände es aber gut, wenn man ein paar "GeneralComputations" hätte und dann user specific zusätzliche Rechnungen. Denn ich denke ein paar "Standards" sind schon nicht schlecht, weil sonst läuft das extrem auseinander. Standards kann man dann ja mal im Nachgang festlegen, aber könnte mir da gewisse Sets aus Elastizitäten und CO2 Preis vorstellen.
