In commit e6bca2f0b77b165e311694796a45a6ce03f52b17 (see #103 ) I removed the buffer times because they were included in the scheduling, but not in the execution.
Maybe it should be reverted and then fixed for the execution and event writing?
As recall: This buffer time seems to be there for a resource before the next action starts. e.g. for a hub: Wait time x (as defined as bufferTimer) with handling after the goods are unloaded.
