Implemented integration test framework. For now there is only basic functionality. The output_events of a simulation run are compared to an expected output_events file. Differences will be printed out.
There are three test cases:
equil scenario with different numbers of threads
three link network with and without adhoc routing
special adhoc routing test case where specific routes are forced to be computed
