Creating Draft PR, so that I can comment

Even though tests already use adhoc routing, there are no changes because there is no traffic jam - so without changed travel times this produces the same results as before 🙃 I'm planning to implement a test that produces jam. Consequently, other routes should be found. I created an issue for that #54
