Sirensharp support #181

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. WMSirens is the only sirens manager working actually. Adding SirenSharp support would give ability to players to manage correctly sirens, and being not anymore dependant of wmsirens.

Hi! Thank you for sharing this tool, looks very interesting!

This should actually just work MISS-ELS allows you to use any AudioBank. Reference the output from SirenSharp in your config.lua file and you should be good to go. Also make sure to reference the proper siren ID's in your VCF's of course.
