Migrate from Netlify to Coolify.io on Hetzner #166

In the spirit of "full stack open source", I am going to migrate mdsinabox.com to a VPS on Hetzner.

The main driver for this is that WASM / Parquet stuff just doesn't work right on Netlify. The pages are very slow to load + routinely get failures on the parameterized pages w/loading parquet.
