Indicate 'off' mode when power is applied #34

Check to see if there is a 'cheap' way to indicate that the unit is in off mode when power is applied, as a black screen could be interpreted as a broken unit.

Fixed in 1.06. Show 'OFF' at all times when in in soft off mode.
