Remove 'soft off' functionality in favor of run mode 'off' #43

'Soft off' while better than before is still not really good. I'm thinking this should be a run mode instead. Maybe have the 'profile LED' blink when running a profile. Constant on when in thermostat mode and off when in off mode.

Decided against this... Keep 'soft off' but allow 'soft off' to be a run mode for 'next runmode'.
