Fixed NEI "Recipes" tooltip/button doubling up for gregtech guis
Classes that extend GuiContainer and implement IDWSGui will render with a default size of 338 pixels
Forced NEI to always display overlays regardless of margin size
cleaned up/pruned existing mixins
optimized imports
