Export specs for developers

I'd like to be able to export the specs and share them with our developers. What I did was:

typed the rules manually and shared them with our team
recorded my screen with Quickltime while playing with the preview window, switching from one device to the other

A simple text output would do for an MVP. Something like:

Layer Name

This is exactly what I need when handing off designs to my development team.
