Categories and tags

Categories and tags now on all posts. Makes sense to think a little harder about these, particularly categories.

Suggestions:

• app
• blog-meta (how to change font, etc)
• code (maybe r, python, css, html are tags?)
• data-viz
• event (might not have talked at it)
• package (as in packages I've made)
• talk
• teaching (not just a walkthrough, something more pedagogical)
• tutorial
