Accessibility: consider hashmarks in/length of RMarkdown output #67

As per A. Jonathan R. Godfrey, consider removing the '#' that starts each line in an output chunk. Will need a blog-wide change. Rebuild whole site?

Consider also the length of outputs, i.e. did I need to print the whole of the mtcars$cyl column to prove that £ could be a copy of $? A screenreader will read all the numbers.

Quarto version of the website would avoid this.
