Make it easier to peruse the table in the zzz post #70

Provide a search box and dropdown pagination in the reactable in the zzz post.

(Also fix the link to the linkrot post in the footer of that post, sigh.)

~Re-rendered table with dropdown and search. Appeared locally, but didn't appear live when pushed. Clear cache, re-run from scratch.~ It just took a sec to load in.
