tracker for worker integrity

wrote a new targeted method to update integrity. we're running at the optimal level again, but per on a public ring again.

may face this problem again in a day or two.

device005 had issues with too many PI checks and trouble signing in. did not happen on other units. swapped out for device131

need to update to v8. it's been out for a while and appears to be stable. should try on sample units first.

running v9 husky based on the pixel 8 pro. 🟡🟡 integrity achieved on 2 atvs. yay! this was an issue before as bc a pixel 6 was getting device integrity, but the atv wasn't.

this is consistent and enough to close.
