Steady progress made. All questions asked during alpha and beta have been addressed in the wiki. Need to add Alerts setup bc it's the most complex part.

Operations skeleton page added for background on how this stuff works. When users ask "if we could/couldn't xyz?" they can be directed here. Will be very helpful for adding areas. This page will also hold info like schedules for quest scanning and other periodic system functions. https://github.com/pkradar/wiki-repo/wiki/04-Operations
