Discord DM alerts are a bit messy, missing components, and could be more useful. This issue tracks:

[x] Inconsistent newline formatting
[x] Add little league
[x] Direct pkradar.com link by encounter ID

First passes complete in dev templates. Soak testing before moving to production.

New formatting problem noted but maybe outside scope of this tracking scope. When multiple evolutions are possible in a single league there needs to be a newline between them. May end up opening another ticket for this bc the other benefits shouldn't be held back from production on a minor formatting problem.

This shows up especially badly for eevee

deciding not to move pvp rank to front of alert. this makes sense if there's only one result, but gets messy quickly if there are multiple results, especially eevee, in multiple leagues.
