Noticed when user clicked link from pk radar welcome discord DM.

Inconsistent links through sites.

Need to fix links in DM templates. Update [*].pkradar.com cname or alias in route 53. Seal up holes in reverse proxy forwarding.

need to refactor/rebuild front end rproxy anyway. this will most likely be fixed there

rebuilt rproxy server from scratch. keep an eye to make sure those "welcome to our server" and hangs while loading go away.
