Blanket scan and find useful fences for players in the mentioned purple area.

This is a general scan for discovery. Much smaller fences will be chosen from this.

Fleshing out RDU regular raid routes to include the Orange/Chatham/S. Wake areas. Reduced p10 size.

Auto live routes needed 9 bots. Optimized static routes use 7 bots. Check with @johyo to see if he still wants to donate bots.
