Update map user defaults to be more intuitive #60

User had good suggestions for more intuitive map defaults. Having a chained PvP limit with an IV limit is too confusing.

By default the PvP sliders are now disabled (1,100). Also changed some peripheral stuff to make the first first map less crowded. IV range 90% Minus All Gyms Eggs

Still needs tuning to reduce the number of gyms shown.

Gym filters don't have the granularity to reduce without confusion. Turning off gyms and zooming back out
