Rebranding (phokingmaps -> PK Radar) #9

Need a new brand to be more inclusive than phokingmaps.com. Decided on and registered pkradar.com but open to suggestions.

The new site will have a new name, web front end, and streamlined Discord onboarding process. ReactMaps implementation is key to this effort.

Also need new artwork. @novaprime has already contributed lots here, but would like a logo that looks less like a target in light of recent elevated violence awareness. Looking to round out sharp edges or something to show refined quality of product. Extensive effort has been put into hardening to be more reliable, fast, and accurate.

Will also keep the old domain for at least the remainder of the year. New web front end will exist only on the new domain.

Domain A record directed to our gateway, but still need an S3 endpoint in case gateway goes down. Also still need to configure with DynDNS.

Starting putting in the new radar based logo even though it's a draft.

Bulk of rebranding complete. Will open tickets for small other issues as they come up.

All phokingmaps traffic is now forwarded to pkradar. Yay I can breath easier now!
