Account consumption rate much higher/Live scans down #96

Live POIs and mon scanning were down this morning. Was able to temporarily resolve by switching to a reserve pool of accounts. Appears that the number of daily encounters per account has been lowered from ~9000 or There are more encounters happening

About 2900 accounts are regularly needed to do live scans, but we're approaching 3800.

This has been by other mappers.

appears that the encounter limit per day is the same, but disabled status 24 to +48h increasing to 8899

new rdm patch also applied https://github.com/RealDeviceMap/RealDeviceMap/commit/551752ae20bd98940ab2dd94c41b104da46bcce8

will continue to observe and adjust account balances

lowering encounter limit down for system hardening. looking to build some margin.

stress testing complete, margin calibrated. moving to normal most for community day

found some miscategorized areas attributed to p10. also need to tune wsm.

will open another ticket for that; closing this one.
