[JOSS REVIEW] Update info in `setup.py` #10

In your setup.py - one of your classifiers said Python 2.7 but at pypi you have only uploaded a python 3 version. You should remove the classifier in your setup.py

Also, the url (http://github.com/PfizerRD/gaitpy) does not work.
