With a test sandbox paypal account, if you make a donation of $1M, no donation is recorded as made (which is probably good).

We've had a couple instances where someone registered and it didn't show their registration as pending or paid. I'm wondering if perhaps they transaction failed and we didn't handle it properly. To test this scenario, try adding a $1M donation to the registration and see what happens.
