Admin overview

For my interest and for marketing purposes, it would be nice to have an admin overview page.

Would include:

• Insight into #'s of jurisdictions and drill down into their statuses (#'s of users, paypal access token status, total events, current events, $'s raised in each and total $'s raised). Jurisdictions should be able to see their own page.
• Total $'s raised, total events, total current events, total # of users, #'s of recently added users...maybe graph of these that show trends
