Restrict scaling to proportional #68

Being able to select "Proportional Scaling" would be an awesome feature. I notice it especially when scaling electrolytic capacitors, as the "+" sign proportions aren't fixed.

Try to resize objects by dragging corners while Ctrl-key is pressed, this keeps aspect ratio fixed. However it's bit difficult to find sizes where connectors would align with the grid.
