Can not set some keyboard shortcuts

I'd like to use Control (⌃) + Ditto mark (") as shortcut but I can not set it. Is there a limitation on that?

Hi @mehyaa, sorry for the late reply. That should be fine, what kind of keyboard are you using?

I'm using MacBook Pro, I'm trying on its keyboard, the key combination I've mentioned above.

Hmm, which Macbook Pro release? ie. year/model
