Support different postgame thread tags for wins and losses (re-commit) #33

This allows subreddit mods to apply different styling and thumbnails to postgame threads after wins and losses (and other results, which include postponements and ties). You can see the result in r/Phillies: win, loss, other (postponed).

Default in sample_settings.json is false (use single post thread tag).

This is a re-submittal of #24.
