ability to choose build directory #1

I'd like the option to choose where to put the build directory and other
temporary files, as I keep my /tmp in RAM so large builds run out of room.
The same problem would arise on other systems with limited space in /tmp.

WIll do something for this tonight.
There's already a variable TMP_PATH, but it is not working for the dependencies.
Should fix this as soon as possible

try alsi r64, test to check if i did mistakes.
Should add the pacbuilder dir to your temp dir
