The current one is really ugly and fragile...

E.g. synonym:[nameofstuff]

Group name then everything that belongs in that list (with wrapper scripts to help generate) - unique identifiers (names or IDs)

Did you want my script that gets full names from taxonIDs using Entrez/NCBI? If so, should I submit it as a standalone script (it is already functionalized), or put it in the library files?
