Need to build a 64-bit version of the VM #51

The VM I currently have is unable of handling RPSBlast, I think because of memory limitations. It could be memory limit of my host but it could also be because its a 32-bit guest. Need to test this before sending out.

This was indeed the problem, and its been fixed.
