Issue with contig order from Biopython? #52

Apparently Biopython reorders contigs from the way they appear in the Genbank file (this according to Nick). Need to investigate and fix - this could fix our discrepancies with RAST IDs...

This is a biopython issue I think... I didn't see anything in our convertGenbankToTable.py function that could have led to this. Unfortunate but what can you do?
