Adding support for version 10 #6

Updating the project file to set the minimum CMS version requirement to v10.0.0. As v10 is an LTS version, it would be nice to open this up to use on v10 sites too. I've been able to build and test this locally as a NuGet package, but appreciate that you may also want to validate this.

Hi @alanwthom . Thank you so much for creating this PR. I'll do some testing and if all is cool I'll put it in the next release, which is hopefully before Codegarden.
