ECG removal based on simple projection #86

Method described by Maxime in his thesis:

ecg_removal

Find the ECG events (can use mne) on the ECG channel if present
Epochs average on all EEG channels based on ECG event to extract an ECG vector
subtract ECG projection from signal (best would be to do it with windows to avoid introducing artefacts, see for example how this is it done in #80 )
