Add "push" strategy #2

Instead of always centering the visible window slider on the active window, add an option that only moves the slider when you're on the boundary and try to move into a shrunk window.

This should really be the default behavior and it's questionable whether the old behavior is worth keeping as a setting/alternate command or not.
