"fallbackToMouseEvents: false" has no effect in IE 10 #298

I'm afraid to say that this issue is still present in IE10: https://github.com/mattbryson/TouchSwipe-Jquery-Plugin/issues/286#event

Any assistance or work arounds would be really appreciated!
