What do you consider a good addition to the application.

1. AUTO-PAUSE function, that detects that you're stopped,

e.g. in a semaphore or drinking water, with no need of taking out the phone; it 
would avoid the false decrease on the average speed

Clustered waypoints are more bundled together in 1 waypoint affecting average 
speed less.
