What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Power up droid at home (altitude 6400 feet, then drive to work (altitude
6250)
2. At lunch start the Open GPS application and select "Start Tracking".
3. Walk 1 mile north and return.
4. "Stop Tracking" at the same place I started.
5. Go to stats for track, select Graph Type "Altitude Over Time"
6. Notice the the starting altitude is almost the home altitude, not the
starting and ending location at work. Nor is the starting and ending altitude
on the graph the same, end when start and ending locations is the same.

This happens ever day I go for a walk at work. Even when the phone remains
turned on for several days between walks. It seems that the starting track
altitude is from unrelated altitude near my home.
Logging Precision is 'normal' Speed and Altitude sanity check is checked, GPS
speed and altitude are checked. Compass and My Location are checked.
