Scrolling is slow on full zoom #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a 1000+ waypoints track 
2. Full zoom in 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To slow, even on N1

3k waypoints on a G1
4+ waypoints on a N1

Need to sort out some artifacts though

There line drawing out the screen is smooth, just to to add a smooth entry and 
OGT is
ready for a next level of tracking.

This should do it for a while, 50k+ waypoints over multiple segments spanning a
entire country is hard on the Nexus One, but works though
