fix: replace bambupy with bambu-connect #1

I wasn't able to install via pip install bambupy. -> https://pypi.org/project/bambu-connect/ It seems like the project was renamed, therefor I replaced the name in the read me.

Appreciate it, I'd named it that originally but the name was already taken
