You've added quite a bit here. I like that you are trying to go outside the box with what you're doing, but I think there are things you aren't thinking about. Don't merge this until we get that fully figured out, maybe your reasons are valid, but I can't say I'm on board with the new direction.

I haven't looked at the other changes yet as I write that!
