Migrate to Fabric 1.1 #7

Hi, I came across this project and it looks like a good demo to showcase features of Fabric and its application in supply chain. As it is written for composer@0.16.* and there have been significant changes when upgrading to composer@0.19*, is this project still maintained?

I would like to collaborate and assist in upgrading the code and docs to make it compatible with Fabric 1.1 and composer 0.19.*.
