Videos won't load #144

I'm having some trouble serving videos with budo. I think it's related to the mime-type and / or the http headers Content-Range, Accept-Ranges and Content-Length not being present.

Can you put together a test case? We use budo on lots of sites that involve video and haven't had any issues yet. :smile:
