Some links in Documentation aren't working #168

Hi Matt, in "canvas-sketch/docs/installation.md" in the secction "If you don't have these tools, or would rather not use them, see the following:" you have 3 links for alternative usage of canvas-sketch without Node and npm. Those are not working.
