add a CAD file for tray-mounted plate #76

The cad file is for those who want to use other materials (e.g. carbon fiber, PMMA and metal) as their tray-mounted plate.

It is modified from the RedoxRev2.step file , the diameter of holes are 3mm, making it compatible with the 3D printed bottom cases.

It is 2D cad file, as most of those materials are cut using CNC. It is also in Autocad 2007+ compatible DXF format, so it is friendly for most manufacturers.
