Check SSL Labs routine does not initialize TIMEOUT_REASON #448

The "Check SSL Labs" routine does not initialize the variable TIMEOUT_REASON. This causes confusing error messages (e.g. "Timeout after 59 seconds (OCSP: fetching issuer ....)" is case the SSL Labs check times out.

This issue can be reproduced at least in the versions 2.57 and 2.61.
