Erroneous "Using a proxy" messages in verbose output #478

With nmap either not installed or explicitly disabled, https://github.com/matteocorti/check_ssl_cert/blob/d96fe473ffc2bd0299911d9dc78c2f9d0c5fa80d/check_ssl_cert#L5456-L5460 will always print "Using a proxy", even tho none is being used
