Support setting of IP-protocol #131

Currently it's not possible to specify which IP-protocol should be used by check_ssl_cert. Please add that feature.

check_ssl_cert ist based on OpenSSL (and s_client). s_client does not support any option to specify the protocol. The request should be placed upstream.
