Description

Restored random extra nonce 2 generator
Fixed extra nonce to be always > 0
Add restart ESP if stuck for > 5 min
LCD devices will show the boot screen if setup is active
enforce network check on listen
Show session identifier on screen
Reset to AP mode if not able to connect to WiFi or Stratum
