Addition of EBL attenuation for gamma-rays #56

Hi Matteo,

Here is the pull request for the EBL attenuation feature for BHJet. I added an extra file called 'EBL.cpp' that contains all the data for the EBL models and the functions that are used to do the correction. Other changes are used to include this file in the code and to make sure that it can be used when fitting.
